4 x eggs
⅓ cup x Clover Care Milk
1 teaspoon x vanilla extract
100 g x streaky bacon
2 tablespoon x Clover Farm-style Salted Butter
2-3 thick slices x ciabatta bread
3 tablespoons x maple syrup
2 tablespoons x crème fraiche
100 g x toasted walnuts
pinch of salt
Place the eggs, Clover Care milk and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl, season with salt and whisk to combine.
Preheat a non-stick pan to a medium heat. Place the bacon into the pan and allow to cook until crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
Preheat another non-stick pan to a medium heat, add butter and allow it to melt.
Place the bread slices into the egg mixture and allow to soak on each side for 1 minute, then cook each side of the bread slices in the butter until each side is lightly golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Lay the bread slices on a serving plate, top with crispy bacon, maple syrup, crème fraiche and toasted walnuts.
Serve with a cup of tea or coffee and a rose for mom.
