Elite cheese undergoes a 30 point grading system to ensure you get “elite” quality cheese. Elite also comes in handy resealable packaging for your convenience. Mature Cheddar is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised cow’s milk according to prescribed work instructions. It is a full fat, hard cheese. Smooth texture, firm body, not dry or crumbly. Distinct characteristic taste. Slightly salty. Deep orange-yellow colour. Specially selected for the Elite brand name. Elite is ideal for cheese platters or to use on sandwiches and snacks.
